Sagyehang

Sagyehang is a small wine bar at the entrance of Tongin Market in Seochon, Seoul, serving charcoal-grilled dishes with sake and natural wine. The kitchen grills meat, fish, and vegetables over charcoal and also offers sashimi, with charcoal-based cooking as the focus. The sake selection is varied, and reservations are taken through Instagram DM. The interior is somewhat small.
