Pantano is a cafe in Seoul that sells cakes and runs dosirak cake and cookie classes. Its strawberry whipped cream cake contains strawberries and animal-based whipped cream, while its flower cakes are decorated with flowers prepared that day. Dosirak cakes can be reserved after consultation through Kakao Channel or by phone, with takeout and delivery available. Ppaeppae madeleines contain butter and Valrhona chocolate.
