Ryu Ganghyeon Coffee House is a drip coffee shop in Jongno where you choose your beans before ordering. After picking from beans such as Blue Mountain, Yirgacheffe, and Panama Geisha, you select either an iced or hot coffee, and the beans are brewed by hand. A barista explains the beans to match your taste and answers questions, and hot coffee is served in a drip server. You can pick one of the cups on the shelf yourself.
