Sulbing Korean Dessert Cafe

Seolbing Insa is a cafe in Insa-dong, Seoul, that serves bingsu. Its signature menu is injeolmi bingsu, and the portions are on the small side. Seating is plentiful on the second and third floors, but service drops when the place gets crowded. Worn-out sofas and chairs and tables that look dirty are the drawbacks.
