60-Year Traditional Tteokjip

60nyeon Jeontong Tteokjip is a rice cake shop in a market in Seoul that sells chapsal tteok and duteop tteok. Its signature chapsal tteok is shaped on site, with red bean and nuts added to freshly made dough. On weekday mornings a line of neighborhood customers forms, and the rice cakes are sold in the order they are made. Arriving late in the morning can mean they are sold out.
