Anjeonggaok is a small charcoal grill restaurant in an alley in Ogin-dong, Seoul, where meat is grilled over charcoal. Meat is sliced in front of you right after you order, and the makchang (beef abomasum) comes seasoned. There is no signboard and business hours are short, so a reservation one month in advance is required. When orders overlap, food arrives late.
