Choegojip Gopchang

Choegojip Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in the Seochon food alley of Jongno-gu, Seoul, serving old-style dishes such as sundae and vegetable gopchang stir-fry. It also offers cheese gopchang, fried rice, and fried eggs, all stir-fried in a spicy seasoning. The pork gopchang is stir-fried with a spicy sauce that mostly removes its odor. The space is small, so there is no spare seating.
