Hambak Useum Sundaeguk is a gukbap restaurant in Seoul that serves sundaeguk and dwaeji gukbap. The sundaeguk contains offal, while the liver and lungs come separately on a plate, and the gukbap is not assembled by pouring broth over the rice. Service runs through 4 to 5 p.m. without a break, and the gukbap arrives still boiling. The kimchi and kkakdugi are mild in flavor.
