Hongmin Saeng Deungsim

Hongminsaeng Deungsim is a Hanwoo beef restaurant in Inui-dong, Jongno, Seoul. The restaurant grills saeng deungsim on a gas fire and a stone griddle, then boils doenjang jjigae on the griddle after the meat is finished. It also sells Hongmin tang and seonji haejangguk. Ventilation is poor, so the meat smell easily clings to your clothes.
