Jinwonjo Dakhanmari Jongno Main Branch serves dakhanmari and sits across the street from Dongdaemun Stadium Station, toward the dakhanmari alley of Sinjin Market. The chicken broth is lightly seasoned and clean, and cool kimchi is served alongside it. Diners mix gochujang dadegi and buchu with the soy sauce, mustard, and vinegar on the table to dip the chicken, and the kimchi can be refilled. After the chicken is finished, kalguksu or juk is ordered and cooked at the table.
