Makdwemekeun Suwonsung

Makdwaemeogeun Suwonseong in Seoul is a pork rib restaurant. It grills pork saeng galbi and seasoned pork ribs, and also serves pork skin. The restaurant’s name has changed to Ikseondon, but the owner is the same. The makchang (beef abomasum) is lower in quality than before, and the pork ribs are not cooked over standard charcoal.
