Jinjung Uyuk Myeongwan Gwanghwamun is a noodle shop in Gwanghwamun that serves beef noodles. The signature uyuk myeon comes in a hot, rich beef broth, and diners adjust the flavor with gatjeorim and rayu. Gatjeorim is served as a side dish, and there is also a way to finish by adding rice to the remaining broth after eating the noodles. At lunchtime there is a long wait.
