Sinjang-Gun

Sinjangun in Seoul is a restaurant serving malatang and mala xiang guo. A set includes guobaorou and iced tea, and the spice level of the malatang can be chosen. Malatang ordered at Sin Ramyeon spice level and mala xiang guo at regular spice level both have mild heat and numbing spice. Both the broth and the stir-fried dish have a strong oily taste.
