Donkatsu Salon is a donkatsu restaurant in Seoul that serves combo, cheese donkatsu, and deungsim kkaseu. The cheese donkatsu contains mozzarella cheese, and the donkatsu is cooked to order. Soup and udon toppings are taken from a self-service corner, and during the busy lunch rush food takes 30 to 40 minutes to arrive. The breading absorbs a lot of oil and tastes greasy.
