Cafe Gabae Chagwan is a tea house on the main street of Incheon Chinatown that serves house-made milk tea and egg tarts. Its milk teas, including Taiwanese brown sugar bubble milk tea and Earl Grey bubble milk tea, are brewed without powder and sold in bottles. Customers can sample several milk teas in small cups before ordering, and the wood-toned interior has walls lined with tea ware. The sweetness level is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
