Jangchungdan Park sits on the northeastern slope of Namsan in Jangchung-dong, Seoul, and combines historical relics with forest. It began as Jangchungdan, built by King Gojong in 1900 to honor victims of the Eulmi Incident, and holds statues of Yu Gwan-sun, Yi Jun, and Samyeongdaesa. The park connects directly from Exit 6 of Dongdaeipgu Station and contains Supyogyo Bridge, a foot massage path, and simple exercise equipment. It is close to Dongguk University, Jangchung Arena, the National Theater, and Hotel Shilla, and links to the Namsan loop trail.
