DOSE is a bar in Gwanghui-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, near Dongdaemun and DDP, serving drinks with distinctive anju. The menu includes haemul bokkeum udon, cheese gamja jeon, injeolmi chicken, and ttsuran chicken. The injeolmi chicken comes with a sweet-and-spicy fried coating topped with bean powder, and the cheese gamja jeon is served with garlic sauce. The gamja jeon is crispy, and the chicken has a crunchy exterior and moist interior.
