Jinmine

Jinmine is a drinking spot in the food alley of Inhyeon Market in Chungmuro, Seoul, serving byeongeo hoe, byeongeo jorim, and grilled fish. The byeongeo jorim comes with soft flesh in a spicy broth, and sundae and gan arrive as basic side dishes when you order. At 9:30 p.m. the main branch is still full of customers, and the shop across the street is run together with it to split the seating. Jeon is fried continuously at the entrance, so the air inside the restaurant is murky.
