Traditional Teahouse Deoksugung

Jeontong Chatjip Deoksugung is an old teahouse in Seosomun, Seoul, serving traditional teas such as sipjeondaebotang, jujube tea, and ssanghwa tea. The sipjeondaebotang comes with ginkgo nuts, raisins, and chestnuts, and an omija tea is served afterward to cleanse the palate. At lunchtime it is crowded enough that no seats are empty, and staff bring the ordered tea to the table. The space for chairs and tables is small.
