Bansan Bunsik is a small Chinese restaurant inside Bangsan Market in Seoul, serving jajangmyeon, jjamppong, and japchae-bap. Its ganjajang is built on cabbage and onion with a little pork, and japchae-bap and fried noodles are also on the menu. A large portion of ganjajang comes out noticeably bigger than the regular size, and cooled boiled gyeolmyeongja tea is served as the water. The hygiene conditions are on the poor side.
