Ddungddungi Halmeoni Jip

Ttungttungi Halmeoni Jip is a jokbal restaurant in the Jokbal Alley of Jangchung-dong, Seoul, serving jokbal alongside noodles, pajeon, and bindaetteok. The jokbal is boiled until soft, and the noodles are served in the thin style of naengmyeon noodles. Even avoiding the lunch rush, the wait was about 10 minutes with four parties ahead in line. The basic side dishes are dongchimi, musaengchae, mu pickles, garlic, onion, chili, lettuce, and salted shrimp, while the lean meat is dry and carries a pork smell.
