Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Myeongdong

Deungchon Shabu Kalguksu Myeongdong is on the third floor in Myeongdong, Seoul, and serves shabu-shabu together with kalguksu. You choose one of three broths — spicy, clear, or perilla seed — cook minari and mushrooms in it, then finish with kalguksu and fried rice. The dining room is large and clean, with a restroom inside, and it is quiet around 11 a.m. on holidays before getting crowded around noon. Ordering only kalguksu means no meat arrives, so meat must be added, and one extra portion for two people may not be enough.
