Haengbokhan Haru Soba

Haengbokhan Haru Soba is a soba restaurant in Seoul that serves pan momil alongside donkatsu jeongsik and udon. The pan momil comes as two portions, and diners add mu juice and scallions themselves to a broth with a strong katsuobushi aroma. For solo diners there are only three single seats, so before 11:20 a.m. or after 12:30 p.m. is better. A lunchtime queue can form.
