Kazukazan is a Japanese restaurant serving Korean-style Japanese food in the basement arcade of Wise Tower in Seoul. It offers donkatsu, katsunabe, and sukiyaki, prepared to suit Korean tastes. It is used often for office-worker lunches and for meals eaten in a short time. The katsunabe is boiled in a pot as soon as it is ordered, so the first bite is hot, and the donkatsu and fried shrimp come out soaked in broth and are not crispy.
