Laon

Raon is a pho restaurant in Chungmuro, Seoul, serving a clear Korean-style rice noodle soup. The chadol yangji pho comes with thick slices of meat on top, and the broth is as clean-tasting as galbitang or yangji broth. The meat is tender, and the portion in one bowl is larger than at other places. Cilantro can be added on the side.
