Paldang Wonjo Kaljebi is a kalguksu restaurant in the basement food hall of Shinsegae Department Store Main Branch in Seoul. Its kaljebi contains mideodeok, bajirak, and shrimp, and is served with thin, chewy sujebi and kalguksu noodles with a wheat aroma. Kalguksu and sujebi come together in one menu item. The broth is not spicy and is clean-tasting.
