Sogogi Shabu-shabu

Sogogi Syabeusyabeu is a Korean restaurant in Seoul serving beef shabu-shabu. The spicy shabu-shabu and perilla seed shabu-shabu contain vegetables and beef, served with wasabi soy sauce or Sriracha. After the shabu-shabu, you can continue with kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) and porridge, with kimchi served alongside. The beef is slightly chewy, and the perilla seed broth is mild.
