Yongma Haejangguk sits at the old Yongma Land entrance near Myeonbuk Elementary School in Mangu-dong, Seoul, and serves one dish: a clear seonji and beef bone haejangguk. Beef neck bones are boiled down, then ugeoji, kongnamul, seonji, minced garlic and scallions go in, and the fat is skimmed off the broth. Orders are taken as one bowl per person once you sit down, and you can add pepper and chili oil or minced garlic and cheongyang chili to taste. There is no parking lot, so you have to use the paid lot diagonally across the street.
