Tachinomi Kushikatsu Matsui is a standing kushikatsu restaurant on the fifth floor of Osaka Umeda Bar Chika03. Its signature dishes are tulip chicken and doteyaki, and the kushikatsu is fried to order. On weekdays around 2 p.m., there was no wait to get in. On some days, the fried food is less crisp and tastes greasy.
