Bulmakyeolsam Daeyeonjeom, next to Daeyeon Church in Busan, is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant that grills makchang (beef abomasum) and samgyeopsal (pork belly). It serves both dishes and is often full because it has many customers. Jeongol takes time to prepare, so order it in advance; the restaurant opened after the business at this location changed from Sseondeo Chikin. The makchang portion is small, and the thin slices burn quickly.
