Hotel Figueroa - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt is a resort in downtown Los Angeles, near the LA Convention Center. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant, and DEME bar sits inside the lobby bar on the first floor. A suite that slept four people was on the small side, with little room to spare. Sound does not carry between rooms and bathrooms, so conversations from the next room can be heard.
