Knead Noods

Knead Noods is a stall inside Grand Central Market in Los Angeles that makes its own pasta and serves Italian-style sandwiches. The menu includes a chicken parmesan sandwich, a meatball sandwich, and spaghetti and meatballs. Orders are placed at a kiosk or tablet, and staff call your name when the food is ready. The portions of the chicken parmesan and the spaghetti and meatballs run small.
