Ten Ramen is a restaurant in Koreatown, Los Angeles that serves ramen and jjamppong. The tonkotsu ramen comes with a thick broth, properly cooked noodles, and two slices of pork, while the jjamppong features ramen noodles with a large amount of seafood. It stays open until 4 a.m., and orders are taken only through a tablet. The wait to be seated is long.
