Butter Cream Factory is an egg tart dessert shop in Mangwon, Seoul. It serves Portuguese, Macau, and Hong Kong style egg tarts, with the Portuguese style having a cookie-like texture and the Macau style being soft and crisp. Arriving early is better, as there are cases of almost missing out even with a reservation when running a bit late. Egg tarts sell out if you go late.
