Gimbaksa Son Kalguksu is a Korean restaurant in the Mapo food alley of Seoul that serves hand-cut kalguksu, bossam, jokbal, and jeon. Its bajirak kalguksu comes with a cool broth, and the haemul pajeon is crispy with a generous amount of seafood. The restaurant has been in operation for over 35 years, its bossam is tender, and its kongguksu is nutty. The bossam and jokbal portions are small for their price.
