Hyeongnim Jeoyo is a Korean barbecue restaurant in the Hongdae area of Seoul that grills samgyeopsal (pork belly), Iberico pork, and beef galbi. The samgyeopsal and Iberico loin are lightly pre-cooked to add a smoky aroma, and pork skin and yeolmu noodles are also ordered. The menu uses pictures, and diners grill the meat themselves. Around 7 p.m. a wait forms, and the ventilation units at each table are weak enough that grease lands on exposed skin.
