Jugamirak

Jugamirak is a small fusion izakaya near Gongdeok Station in Seoul that serves omakase and à la carte anju. Diners can pair the food with Joseon highballs and sake, and dishes arrive one at a time at a slow pace during conversation. The venue runs entirely by reservation, with omakase courses and individual dishes available to order, and sake is listed on the menu. The food comes out slowly and in small portions, so it is not filling as a first meal.
