Original Jobakjip

Wonjo Jobakjip is a grilled meat restaurant near the Mapo Retarding Basin in Seoul that serves pork galbi and charcoal-grilled jjukkumi. The pork galbi mixes galbi-sal and pork collar, the marinade is not overly sweet, and dongchimi somyeon comes with it. The main building opens in the morning, the annex has a ventilation and suction system, and when it is crowded you write your name and wait. The wait is frequent, so the meal moves quickly.
