Seonhyangjeong Shabu-shabu

Seonhyangjeong Shabu-shabu is a restaurant in the underground dining area of Lotte Castle, connected to Gongdeok Station in Mapo-gu, Seoul. It serves single-portion shabu-shabu, with beef and vegetable shabu-shabu brought out in individual pots and a broth choice between spicy and clear. Each table has its own induction cooktop, and porridge and kalguksu come as unlimited refills. Food arrives quickly, and staff service tends to be brusque.
