Hatsu Bakery is a bakery in Mokdong, Seoul, selling patppang, white bread, ciabatta, salt bread, and heugimja bread. It is a place to visit together with a stop at Hyundai Department Store in Seoul. The ciabatta comes with a plain filling and no basil. The marron cake contains dark marron cream and white cream.
