Omokgyo Gopchang

Omokgyo Gopchang is a specialty restaurant in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, a 3-5 minute walk from Omokgyo Station. It grills modum gopchang and so gopchang, and its signature traditional handmade garlic gopchang is made by stuffing whole garlic inside the intestines before grilling. The modum platter includes gopchang, daechang, makchang, and heart, and the meal comes with spicy sundubu, liver, cheonyeop, and large scallion kimchi, with staff grilling the gopchang at the table. A wait is common, so eating right away is difficult.
