Indépendants is a Spanish restaurant on the basement first floor of the 1928 Building in Sanjo, Kyoto. It serves charcuterie platters, seafood paella, pan con tomate, and cheese lemon tart. Daizan tiles and artworks made from the Taisho to Showa periods are visible in the space, and live performances are sometimes held. Portions are on the small side.
