Wonjo Milmyeon

Wonjo Milmyeon is an old milmyeon restaurant in the alleys of Gukje Market in Busan, serving mul milmyeon, bibim milmyeon, and mandu. The noodles are made in-house, and the broth of the mul milmyeon has a sour and sweet taste. While waiting for an order, customers can taste the warm beef broth, and the noodles have a chewy texture rather than the smoothness of pasta. Tables are sticky and flies and mosquitoes are visible, so hygiene management falls short.
