Nanbanaka Park is a city park in the Namba area, between the Naniwa Ward Office and the prefectural gymnasium. It has three slides, swings for young children, shaded benches, and a playground where ball games are allowed. A wooden boat object modeled on a 12-meter wooden boat from around the 6th century, excavated nearby in 1878, remains in the park. Opening and closing times are fixed, so use is restricted after 17:00.
