The Library is a dive bar in the Lower East Side of New York that serves alcohol. Graffiti covers the walls and ceiling, and the jukebox is stocked with alternative and old-school punk. Drinks are available in the afternoon, and on Monday nights only a few people were there, so finding a seat was not difficult. Bartenders can be rude.
