Canal Street is a subway station connecting Chinatown and Little Italy in New York. The J train stops there at all times, and the Z train stops only during rush hour. After renovations the station is relatively clean, with elevators and signage, and it leads to the shops and markets on Chinatown's main street. The streets outside the station are very crowded.
