Sushi By Bou - East Village NYC is a rock-and-roll themed omakase sushi restaurant in the East Village. The course includes wagyu, sea urchin, eel, shrimp, and miso cod, and you can watch the sushi being made in front of you. After dinner, you can sing for three hours in the basement karaoke room. The space is small, so on days when corporate events overlap, there was not enough room.
