Sunjeong Hanu Jeongyuk Sikdang is a hanwoo butcher restaurant a five-minute walk from Exit 4 of Eonju Station in Nonhyeon. It serves two-plus-grade female hanwoo, and staff grill the meat at the table while explaining each cut. The hanwoo gopchang jeongol comes with chewy gopchang and plenty of it in a rich broth, finished with bokkeum bap. The dining room is large and clean, and there is no table-setting charge.
