Choansan Suguk Dongsan is a park in Wolgye, Seoul where hydrangeas can be viewed for free in the middle of the city. The large grounds are used for walking and viewing the flowers, and during the hydrangea festival food stalls and benches are available. From in front of Changmun Yeogo, take bus 100, get off in front of Lotte Castle Luna Apartments, and walk about 10 minutes along Uicheon Stream to reach it. The hydrangeas are not abundant, and when blooming is late or past its peak the flowers look messy.
