1986baker

1986 Baker is a one-person bakery in Nowon, Seoul, making hard breads and sourdough. Its offerings include garlic focaccia, basil tomato bread, fougasse with olives and cheese, and sourdough sausage bread. The shop, 10 to 15 pyeong in size, bakes its bread early in the morning. By around noon everything is sold and the shop closes, so arriving late makes buying difficult.
